Our office is small in number but very big on the services provided. All projects from the smallest home addition to a school, health centre, or hotel including projects with heritage value are dealt with personally by Adrian Cavanagh the principal. A CAVANAGH DESIGNER provide environmentally conscious design solutions for all classes of building. Sustainability and economic building solutions are applied to all projects. Our services Include : Cconcept design , feasibility studies, design development, planning submissions, liaison with associated consultants, councils, and government agencies. We communicate with our clients Detailed documentation for obtaining development approval and calling tenders, contract administration and project management are all available depending on the individual client and project requirement .
