ABOUT US

A.S. & K.B. Constructions was formed after Andrew Simpson left employment as a Managing Director of a medium sized commercial building firm to start his own business and pursue his interest in the residential building market.

It is now a family based business operated by Andrew and his two sons.

All are qualified carpenters. Andrew holds a builder's licence and has worked in the industry for over 28 years.

A.S. & K.B. Constructions specialise in the construction of Architecturally Designed Homes, Renovations, Additions and Restorations.

We work directly with the owner's architects & designers to develop initial ideas into building reality. By liaising directly with all parties involved, we strive to evolve design concepts & produce a completed job that not only achieves the intended aesthetic results, but which are economically practical.
