Drafting - Are you building a new home or extending your existing home? I can produce the necessary technical drawings that provide for all aspects of such projects. I can provide elaborate plans for any style of building as well as for extensions and additions.
Building design - I can produce designs for extensions, additions and new homes. I also specialise in sustainable and commercial building design as well as unit development services.
Pricing Information
Normally, I charge for our services depending on the nature of the job and what the client wants. You can have me work based on hourly rates or by quotation depending on what you are comfortable with.
Because I am a small sole practitioner, I'm able to maintain low overheads. This allows me to charge reasonable and competitive rates. Regarding our pay terms, you can pay me in cash, by credit card or through direct deposit.
Service Availability
I usually do not constrain myself to fixed hours of operation. I'm flexible with my time and are available any time the job calls for.
