We repair all types including terracotta roofs and concrete tile roofs. For terra cotta roof repairs we can clean moss and lichen, and re bed and repoint the whole roof. For concrete tile roof repairs we can do full re-bedding and re-pointing if required. We can also take photos for you so you can see for yourself what needs to be done.

• ROOF PAINTING
  
  • Painting your roof with a high quality, high resin based roof coating system, will keep your roof looking great for years to come… No need to get it painted for it to perform for many years, as long as the repairs are done correctly.
• HIGH PRESSURE CLEANING
  The high pressure cleaning process (@3000psi) will remove all dirt and moss, leaving a clean surface.
  
  • Rebedding of all ridgecaps after removing all old mortar is then done. Repointing using a flexible pointing compound is then applied.
  • Blow/Sweep down
    Before applying our sealants, the roof is blown or swept down of any dust or leafs
  • Primer Coat
    The first coat of binding acrylic primer is applied using a airless spray gun, penetrating and sealing your cement tiles
